This "Crémant Rosé" from the Specialist
of Crémants from Bourgogne, is made exclusively from the
PINOT NOIR grape as all the great wines of Burgundy. It has a
unique personality due to the long aging time in the cellar, making
this a crémant of great quality and exception.
The GOLD FLAKES: The gold used for the flakes is the purest form
of gold that exists (24 carat). During the transformation of the
24 ct gold to 8 micron flakes, it undergoes a special treatment
to ensure it is edible. Since mythical times, gold has always
been recognised for its legendary medicinal qualities and some
say it is aphrodisiac! The Gold Flakes cannot be felt in your
mouth. The freshness of the cremant enhances the delicate finese
of the Pinot Noir grape and evokes a fruity touch.
